My Process

Discover

First things first, we’ll hop on a brief discovery call to discuss your project in depth, your brand identity, what goals you may have, as well as the timeline and any other details I should know.

Design

Time to create! At this stage I’ll design a sampling of 2-3 slides to send for your review to determine if the look and feel is on point. My goal is for my designs to WOW and impress you!

Delight

Incorporating your feedback, I’ll complete the remaining slides, edit until you are completely happy, usually one or two rounds of revisions, then send a completed editable file.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does a project take to complete?

    From our initial discovery meeting to hand-off, it’s usually around 5-7 days. Faster timelines may be possible. Please reach out to me to discuss specific project estimates as they pertain to your needs.

  • What if I need it done REALLY quickly?

    If you need a project on an expedited timeline, please reach out to see if I have availability. Sometimes my other projects shift around and I have bandwidth to help out in a pinch. An additional charge of 50-100% may apply to rush projects with less than 3 business days turnaround.

  • Upon completion of a project, will we be able to make our own edits?

    Definitely! Your deck will be created 100% in PowerPoint. In addition, I will ensure that I’m using standard fonts so that transferring the deck back to you will be as seamless as possible. 

  • What's the most ideal format to provide content to you?

    Digital content that is editable is preffered. I can accept a Word document with content in outline format, or if you’re so inclined, drop your content on slides. Please include any brand assets and guidelines if applicable. We can discuss in detail on our discovery call.
